Qualifications

• Proficient in collecting and extracting data from multiple sources for insights.
• Ability to build complex financial models to simulate scenarios and pricing.
• Understanding PBM contracts and pricing strategies and risk factors.
• Experience with RFP processes and repricing exercises is a plus.
• Strong communication to explain findings to cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in completing financial questionnaires for RFP processes.
• Conduct repricing exercises and retrospective analyses of deal performance.
• Analyze value propositions for prospective clients and for internal decisions.
• Complete repricing requests and adjust variables per requirements.
• Perform in-depth financial analysis to compare deal structures.
• Evaluate client ROI and opportunities from programs.
• Provide responses to complex questions from internal resources.
• Produce gross to net cost comparisons to guide decisions.
• Collaborate with clinical teams on financial scorecards for planning.
• Mentor teammates on underwriting projects as needed.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency.
