Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a pricing and financial analysis expert for the Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) Underwriting team. You will formulate pricing strategies and execute sophisticated financial models for PBM client contracts, including retail, mail, specialty, and rebates.

You will collaborate with PBM Sales and Account Services to align pricing with revenue and profitability goals, apply advanced Excel to forecast P&L, and present analyses to Executive Leadership.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of financial analysis, pricing, or underwriting experience.
• Proficient in advanced Excel for complex data analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with PBM Sales and Account Services to provide pricing and negotiation recommendations to meet revenue and profitability targets for new business growth and margin retention.
• Apply advanced Excel modeling techniques to analyze large pharmacy claims data and build forward-looking forecasts and P&L statements.
• Present financial analyses to Executive Leadership during Executive Underwriting Approval Calls and respond to financial questions in real time.
• Support Underwriting Managers and Senior Managers with ad-hoc analyses and client implementation projects.
