Intuit is seeking a Senior Payroll Tax Processor to resolve payroll tax issues across notices, corrections, amendments, and pay & file. Qualifications

• Hands-on experience resolving State and Federal payroll tax notices.
• Experience preparing amended Federal/State payroll tax returns (941-X, W-2c).
• Ability to read notices, identify type, and determine resolution path.
• Familiarity with FICA, FUTA, FITW and payroll tax deposits.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle payroll tax case work for assigned accounts, including processing payroll runs and tax filings.
• Independently research and resolve complex notices, owning each case from intake to closure.
• Prepare agency responses with supporting documentation within deadlines.
• Prepare amended payroll tax returns (941-X, W-2c) for complex amendments.
• Identify payroll errors, quantify tax impact, and document correction trails.
• Maintain WIP queue and prioritize cases by SLA date.
