You will handle Tier 2 inquiries and support complex payroll activities, including final pay processing, retroactive payments, tax adjustments, and W-2c preparation. Qualifications

• Experience handling high-volume payroll with accuracy.
• Ability to respond to payroll inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.
• Experience with payroll systems and data management.

Responsibilities

• Process U.S. payroll transactions accurately and on time.
• Maintain and update payroll records and employee data.
• Respond to Tier 2 payroll inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Support payroll activities including: Final pay processing, Retroactive payments, Tax adjustments, Overpayments and corrections, Benefits balancing, Deductions and arrears setup.
• Preparation of W-2c forms
• Ensure proper documentation, audit support, and tracking of payroll activities
