Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in accounting, business administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of progressively responsible payroll processing experience.
• Experience with payroll tax reporting and year-end processing, including W-2 reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage the accurate and timely processing of student, biweekly, and monthly payrolls in accordance with college policies and applicable requirements.
• Review payroll changes for accuracy and completeness, including new hires and bonuses, and process retroactive adjustments as needed.
• Coordinate with HR staff to resolve timekeeping errors and ensure tax and benefit data are accurate.
