Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate payroll information with plant administrative staff and personnel.
• Review timecards, approvals, and payroll data; resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure payrolls comply with pay policies; manage imports for bonuses.
• Audit payroll data pre-processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Respond to employee pay inquiries promptly with a sense of urgency.
• Support quarter/ year-end reconciliations and W-2 processing.
• Maintain payroll policies and workflow documentation.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and audits.
