Everpure in Lehi, UT is seeking a Senior Cash App Analyst to own daily payment application across multiple channels and ensure clean month-end books. You will collaborate with Accounts Receivable, Treasury, and Accounting to resolve exceptions and improve cash processes.

Qualifications

• Deep working knowledge of cash application, bank reconciliation and remittance management.
• Experience with enterprise ERP systems (SAP ECC/S4HANA, Oracle) and HighRadius.
• Fluency across multiple payment channels (ACH, wire, lockbox, check, credit card) and reconciliation nuances.
• Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, complex formulas) to investigate discrepancies.
• Primarily in-office environment; work from Lehi, UT office in compliance with policies.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve unapplied and exception payments, chasing missing remittance, FX variances, and mismatches.
• Drive marketplace reconciliation and maintain documentation for Audit, Treasury, and Accounting.
• Support month-end/quarter-end close and SOX controls to meet accelerated close timelines.
• Identify opportunities to improve payment matching, automation and exception handling.

THE ROLE

Every customer payment has to land in the right place, on the right account, without slowing down the close. As our Senior Cash App Analyst, you'll be the subject matter expert who makes that happen — researching remittances, resolving exceptions, and reconciling activity across multiple entities, currencies, and payment channels. You'll work closely with Accounts Receivable, Collections, Treasury, Accounting, Revenue, Tax, Customer Success, and Sales, and your accuracy directly shapes how clean the books are at month‑end and how confident the team is in the numbers come audit time.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own daily payment application across lockbox, ACH, wire, and check channels, catching late postings and reporting gaps before they become AR discrepancies
• Investigate and resolve unapplied and exception payments — chasing down missing remittance, FX variances, and account discrepancies until every dollar is matched to the right invoice
• Drive marketplace reconciliation and maintain the documentation trail that lets Audit, Treasury, and Accounting trust the numbers
• Support month-end and quarter-end close and SOX controls, helping the team hit accelerated close timelines
• Spot and act on opportunities to improve payment matching, automation, and exception handling, rather than just processing what comes in

WHAT YOU BRING

• Deep working knowledge of cash application, bank reconciliation, and remittance management, with the judgment to resolve exceptions and unapplied cash without escalating every edge case
• Comfort operating inside enterprise ERP systems (SAP ECC/S4HANA, Oracle, or similar) and automated cash application platforms like HighRadius
• Fluency across multiple payment channels — ACH, wire, lockbox, check, credit card, and electronic payment platforms — and the reconciliation nuances each one brings
• Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, complex formulas) used to investigate discrepancies and build reporting, not just format spreadsheets
• We are primarily an in‑office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Lehi, UT office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.

This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.

The annual base salary range is:

$66,000 - $99,000 USD
