Qualifications

• 7+ years of transportation pavement or geotechnical engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer Registration in Minnesota or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal and external proposal and project teams.
• Write and review engineering reports and deliverables.
• Prepare project scopes, budgets, and proposals for pavement-related projects.
• Mentor EIT, Staff, and Project Engineers.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
