Responsibilities

• Engineer garments balancing aesthetics, comfort, functionality, and manufacturability.
• Ensure patterns are optimized for efficient production without sacrificing quality.
• Participate in all fit sessions.
• Execute precise pattern corrections after fittings.
• Collaborate with Fit Team to improve fit, durability, and cost efficiency.
• Maintain consistent fit standards across product categories.
• Collaborate with Product Development on prototype evaluation and construction methods.
• Communicate with overseas factories to resolve pattern and fit challenges.
