Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required, or five years of related experience in lieu of degree.
  • Minimum of three years in risk management, patient safety or related field; two years managing/supervising employees/vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the Patient Safety Program and Patient Safety Plan requirements.
  • Coordinate claims requests and implement learnings from claims.
  • Spearhead coordination of all legal documents related to hospital liability.
  • Educate staff with strong communication and proactive risk management.
