Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Senior Patient Recruitment Lead to join our global Patient Recruitment team. The role focuses on developing recruitment, engagement and retention strategies to access clinical trial opportunities through collaboration with sponsors, sites, and vendors.

You will lead patient recruitment projects, coordinate campaigns, monitor KPIs, and manage client-facing communications, contributing to innovative recruitment strategies and project documentation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5+ years of experience in a patient recruitment environment.
• Demonstrated client-facing experience, including managing complex cases and presenting or communicating directly with clients.
• Direct patient-facing experience is required.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
