Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a licensed Pharmacist with strong clinical and teaching skills to lead patient care services across our pharmacies. You will work with the department Director to drive strategies, exceed KPI targets, and implement innovative services.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed pharmacist with at least 5 years of experience.
• Excellent clinical knowledge and teaching/communication skills.
• Experience providing a wide variety of patient care services.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment.
• Professional demeanor and strong work ethic.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage injection services and ownership of results.
• Collaborate with Director and Operations to meet KPI and revenue targets.
• Advise on systems enhancements for patient care services.
• Oversee vaccine purchasing with procurement.
• Develop and oversee clinical systems with Pharmacy Systems.
• Provide KPI reporting and communication to divisions.
• Mentor and develop local experts.
• Manage daily operations of patient care services.
• Liaise with vendors and partners for key initiatives.
• Oversee travel health program and KPI drive.
