Job summary

Providence Kadlec Clinic seeks an administrative professional to handle patient insurance referrals, consultations, and related diagnostic procedures under the guidance of the Practice Administrator/Manager. This role may float to other Kadlec Clinic sites as needed to support patient care.

Additionally, the position serves as a back-up to the front office assistant, performing a variety of duties to ensure smooth workflow and a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Office experience, medical office preferred.
• Experience in a hospital or physician office with a background in medical terminology, Insurance, CPT codes, or ICD-9 codes.
