Job summary

Servier is seeking a Senior Manager, Patient Advocacy (Becker) to lead community building and patient education across the Becker network in the U.S. territory. You will collaborate with medical, commercial, and policy teams to elevate patient access, resources, and partnerships.

You will engage with regional advocacy groups, organize events, and provide insights to inform strategy while upholding ethical guidelines and a patient-first approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of patient advocacy experience; preference for biotech/pharmaceutical experience
• Experience applying patient-centered perspectives in healthcare or biotechnology company
• Prior experience in rare diseases preferred
• Demonstrated examples of effective patient engagement and stakeholder management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
• Ability to translate complex scientific topics into clear, accurate, accessible language for non-technical audiences

• Educate communities about Becker and how to build a comprehensive care team
• Provide resources and connections to Becker support services
