• To work alongside the lay elders to shepherd the flock of God at CrossWay.
• Responsibilities will include being a consistent prayer warrior, preaching and planning the worship service on most Sundays, teaching on Wednesday evenings during the school year, cultivating and displaying genuine love for our people, being an example in personal evangelism, and administrative duties.
