First Southern Baptist Church of Dodge City is seeking a bi‑vocational senior pastor to exercise general oversight of our local church, it’s ministry, and functions in a rapidly growing area. The ideal candidate must be knowledgeable in church revitalization and have at minimum five years experience being a pastor. Our small congregation wants a pastor that can challenge us in fulfilling the Great Commission through the teachings of the Word of God. The pastor must ensure sound biblical doctrine is foundational to the mission and vision of our church, and will guide the church in evangelism and community outreach.
