Job summary

Believers Fellowship of Magnolia is looking for an experienced Pastor to oversee ministry programming and deliver sermons. The position offers a starting salary of $65,000 and 4 weeks of paid time off, including Sundays. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in theology or related fields and a proven track record in ministry.

The pastor will provide spiritual guidance within the community, mentor staff, and manage church operations to support the mission and vision of the church. Candidates must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and hold American citizenship.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as Pastor or Associate Pastor.
• Demonstrates a mature relationship with Christ.
• Must hold American citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expository sermons for Sunday worship.
