Fellowship Olathe seeks a Senior Pastor who is a shepherd at heart, loves Christ, faithfully teaches God’s Word, and loves people. The candidate will be ordained, hold graduate theological training (MDiv preferred), and bring strong pastoral leadership. Expository preaching and a vision for disciple-making are essential.

They will lead with humility, cultivate healthy systems, build teams, and unite generations under a shared mission for God’s glory.

Qualifications

• Clear calling to pastoral ministry and Great Commission.
• Ordained as minister of the Gospel.
• Graduate theology education (MDiv or equivalent preferred).
• Meaningful pastoral leadership experience and priority on prayer/Scripture.
