Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary preacher for Sunday services, faithfully expositing the Scriptures.
• Provide pastoral care, counseling, and spiritual direction to the congregation.
• Collaborate with Elders to cast vision for the church's future.
• Train and mobilize members for the work of the ministry.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the church staff.
• Represent the church in the Eagle River community.
