Job Title: Senior Pastor

Job Type: Full-Time

Position Overview

The Senior Pastor of Bark River Bible Church is called to shepherd a multi-generational congregation averaging just over 200 in weekly attendance. His responsibilities include preaching, teaching, discipleship, and pastoral care (counseling, visitation, funerals, weddings, etc.). We are seeking a biblically faithful, gospel-centered man who is committed to the exposition of Scripture and the spiritual growth of the body.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver biblically sound, gospel-focused sermons that challenge, equip, and encourage the local body in their walk with Christ.
• Lead by example in spiritual disciplines and model Christ-like character.
• Shepherd the congregation through pastoral care, counseling, visitation, and prayer support.
• Develop and implement strategies for effective ministry growth, outreach, and discipleship.
• Work alongside church leadership to ensure healthy church governance, unity, and effective ministry operations.

Education & Experience

Salary & Housing

Compensation package begins at $65,000 and is commensurate with experience. The Senior Pastor’s family will also enjoy the use of a recently renovated parsonage located next door to the church. The ranch-style home includes three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, main-floor laundry, and a partially finished walk-out basement with an additional bedroom.

The closest major city is Green Bay, Wisconsin, approximately two hours away.
