Job summary

Side is seeking a Manager of Partner Success to manage a team and serve as the primary account owner for a portfolio of real estate partners. You will drive partner performance and retention, collaborate closely on business goals, and enhance adoption of Side’s brokerage platform.

Ideal candidates will have over 4 years of strategic account management experience and strong residential real estate expertise. The position offers a salary range of $135,000 to $160,000 along with stock options and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in strategic account management or operations.
• Residential real estate experience required.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience managing customer-facing teams.
