Job summary

Stellar Development Foundation (SDF) seeks a Senior Program Manager, Partner Programs to drive partner integrations with the Stellar Network. You will coordinate across Engineering, BD, Marketing, Product, and Account Management to deliver high-quality blockchain solutions.

Travel to Americas/Europe may be required and you will shape program processes and roadmaps with diverse partners. You will manage integration roadmaps, host technical and business meetings, and ensure milestones align with

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing software development programs in the financial services industry, including blockchain startups.
• Comfort engaging in technical discussions — APIs, integration flows, system dependencies.
• Familiarity with blockchain/crypto concepts or ability to ramp quickly on new tech.
• Ability to apply AI tools to drafting, research, reporting, and automation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent leadership skills for working with diverse partners.
• Strong organizational skills and process discipline.
• Experience with Jira, Airtable, Asana, Confluence, and Google Suite.
• Independent, results-driven, and able to travel (Americas/Europe).

Responsibilities

• Manage, plan, and direct software and product development activities from launch to completion.
• Own long-term partner integration roadmaps and the success of multiple partners.
• Host and drive partner meetings with technical and business stakeholders.
• Identify and manage technical dependencies and blockers across teams.
• Maintain partner-related documentation including milestones, schedules, risks, and notes.
• Measure program performance and alignment with OKRs.
• Define process frameworks, templates, tools, and best practices for the organization.
