Job summary

Real seeks a Partner to lead Asset & Wealth Management Communications in New York City. Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days WFH). Base salary $200,000–$240,000 plus bonus and equity, with senior leadership responsibilities and significant strategic influence from day one.

Ideal candidate has extensive agency experience in asset/wealth management communications, with a proven track record advising external clients, growing business, and guiding integrated campaigns across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• Must have at least senior-level agency experience in financial services PR
• Deep expertise in asset/wealth management, institutional investing, or related financial services sectors
• Experience advising external clients and managing multiple client relationships in an agency setting

Responsibilities

• Advise senior executives on corporate positioning, messaging, and market differentiation.
• Develop strategic narratives and thought leadership programs to support growth.
• Lead integrated campaigns across earned media, content, digital, social, events, and other channels.
• Oversee campaign planning, objectives, budgets, measurement, reporting, and optimization.
• Build and grow client relationships through strategic counsel and account expansion.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities, lead proposals and pitches.
• Manage commercial performance including forecasting, pricing, profitability, and delivery.
• Collaborate with specialists across content, digital, research, creative, and analytics.
