Socket.dev is seeking an experienced professional to design and scale partner agreement workflows and measurement infrastructure from program design to performance tracking. You will work with analytics, engineering, and GTM teams to drive automation and standardization across the partner journey.
The role emphasizes high ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and applying AI to streamline processes and improve partner experiences.
We're looking for a builder who wants to shape how AWS partners experience their most critical growth programs from end to end. This role sits at the center of our partner agreements ecosystem, where you'll own the workflow architecture, measurement systems, and operational infrastructure that power the partner agreement journey, from program design and partner selection through execution and performance measurement.
You’ll work across analytics, engineering, and go-to-market teams to:
This is a high-ownership role. You won’t just maintain existing processes. You’ll define how partner performance is measured, how agreement workflows operate, and how we scale a growing portfolio of agreement programs without adding complexity. If you like building systems that make messy things clean and manual things automatic, this is for you.
Your day starts where systems meet people. You might begin the morning reviewing partner performance data to catch anomalies before a field team flags them. By mid-morning, you’re with a data engineering team aligning on how a KPI should be calculated consistently across dashboards, reports, and payout systems. After lunch, you’re prototyping a workflow for a new agreement type, identifying what needs human judgment and what can be automated. Between meetings, you’re exploring where AI can eliminate friction: auto-generating performance summaries, flagging at-risk agreements, or replacing manual reconciliation. Your stakeholders span data engineering, sales operations, business planning, and field teams.
We’re a small, high-ownership team that builds the systems and processes behind how AWS engages its strategic partners through agreement-based programs. Our work spans the entire partner agreement journey: how programs are designed, how partners are selected, how performance is measured, and how the field supports partners at scale. We sit at the intersection of business development, data engineering, sales operations, and program management. Our team is moving from manual processes toward a scalable, AI-powered platform. You’ll join at the ground floor, helping shape what gets built and how it operates. We value builders who take ambiguous problems and create structure.
AWS values diverse experiences. Even if you do not meet all of the preferred qualifications and skills listed in the job description, we encourage candidates to apply. If your career is just starting, hasn’t followed a traditional path, or includes alternative experiences, don’t let it stop you from applying.
