Responsibilities

• Advise on administrative hearings as violation hearing attorney for Adult Parole Authority.
• Develop and present cases and testimony at revocation hearings for parolees or other releasees.
• Interpret legal issues regarding the violation process.
• Review evidence, documents, and reports to prepare for hearings and subpoenas.
• Prepare and submit legal pleadings and memoranda.
