Steptoe LLP is seeking a paralegal to support complex litigation from case inception through trial. You will manage files, keep pleadings and exhibits organized, and track deadlines across multiple matters.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, a ABA-approved paralegal certificate if available, and at least seven years of relevant experience. Hybrid work options may be available in this Los Angeles office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Paralegal Certificate from ABA-approved school preferred.
• 7 or more years’ relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with lawyers to manage litigation cases from inception to conclusion.
• Maintain and update case files, pleadings, and exhibits.
• Prepare case timelines, calendars, and deadlines; ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with clients, witnesses, experts, vendors, and opposing counsel.
• Assist with discovery, document review, and e-filing procedures.
• Provide on-site trial support and organize exhibits.
