Jenner & Block LLP is seeking a Paralegal or Senior Paralegal to provide Litigation and Investigations support across complex matters. The role blends case management with workflow coordination, including leadership responsibilities for junior team members.

The position emphasizes organizational excellence, deep knowledge of court procedures, and strong experience with Relativity, e-discovery, and trial preparation to ensure efficient operations for attorneys, clients, and courts.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal at a top-tier firm or AmLaw 100.
• Expert knowledge of Federal and State procedural rules and electronic filing.
• Experience drafting pleadings, discovery requests and responses with Bluebook compliance.
• Working knowledge of docketing applications and e-discovery platforms.
• Proficient with litigation support tools and MS Office; strong organizational skills.
• Hybrid role requiring in-office presence at least four days per week.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in all stages of large, complex litigation, including depositions, hearings, trials, and arbitrations.
• Manage case calendaring, docketing, and court-related procedural questions.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses; ensure Bluebook compliance.
• Organize and maintain electronic case files and manage large volumes of documents.
• Support document collection, Relativity database setup and management, including production.
• Perform data analysis and discovery management within Relativity.
• Prepare exhibits and trial materials, including demonstratives and digital presentations.
• Lead and mentor junior paralegals; ensure accuracy and compliance.
