Job summary
A leading law firm in Coral Gables, Florida, seeks a Senior Paralegal to support complex litigation as a plaintiff's advocate. Responsibilities include managing tasks for legal staff, conducting legal research, and organizing case files. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 10 years of Paralegal experience and strong familiarity with litigation practices and tools. The compensation ranges from $55 to $70 per hour, plus benefits and a bonus.
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of Paralegal experience required.
Minimum 3 years of litigation experience preferred.
Trial experience preferred.
Experience mentoring junior legal staff.
Experience using CM/ECF and Westlaw.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and assign tasks to support staff.
Assist with training and development for legal staff.
Manage litigation phases and pretrial documents.
Conduct legal and factual research for attorneys.
Maintain case files and organizational systems.
Communicate with courts, clients, and vendors.
