Qualifications

• Must be fluent in Spanish (reading, writing, speaking).
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of immigration law experience.
• Familiarity with Immigration Court Procedures before USCIS.
• Ability to manage high workload independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and filing affirmative immigration applications for clients.
• Collect supporting evidence and conduct country conditions research.
• Complete affidavits with clients and witnesses.
• Assist in preparing simple and/or complex motions.
• Prepare evidence and drafting cover letters.
• Interpret cases for client interview preparation as needed.
• Maintain and update the case-management database.
• Schedule hearings, manage calendars, and meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with the Legal Assistant Team for filings.
• Develop strong relationships with attorneys, staff, and clients.
