Job summary

Brunner Inc. in Pittsburgh is seeking a Senior Paid Social & Programmatic Specialist. This hands-on marketer will own day-to-day campaign implementation and optimization across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Amazon DSP, DV360, The Trade Desk, and direct buys.

You will collaborate with the Media team and clients to drive performance, present insights, and grow strategic thinking, while balancing execution, accuracy, and cross-channel collaboration. Flexible work options and robust benefits supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Management preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
• Experience with paid social, programmatic, and campaign optimization.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage day-to-day paid social and programmatic campaigns with minimal supervision.
• Own first-round development of campaign deliverables, including builds, optimizations, and reporting.
• Manage multiple campaigns/workstreams and meet deadlines.
• Participate in client communications and performance discussions with guidance.
