Job summary

Seer Interactive, a remote-first digital marketing consultancy, seeks a senior Paid Social leader to evangelize our vision, drive AI-integrated testing, and lead a team supporting client accounts nationwide. You will own end-to-end paid social strategy, collaborate with Creative and SEO, and push innovative, data-driven results across channels.

Qualifications

• Experience testing AI tools and workflows across client accounts or Seer's accounts.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team of direct reports.
• Strong track record managing Paid Social campaigns across diverse industries and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Evangelize Seer's Paid Social vision and drive adoption with leadership.
• Drive full-funnel Paid Social strategy across multiple channels and collaborate with Creative and SEO.
• Lead test, learn, and iterate with rigorous receipts before rolling out recommendations.
• Integrate Paid Social with Paid Search, Display, and Programmatic for holistic strategy.
• Oversee 3–4 accounts day-to-day and implement industry best practices at scale.
• Develop frameworks for Seer's Paid Social Book of Business and growth in new industries.
• Build strong client relationships and grow divisional revenue via cross-sell and up-sell.
• Create scalable processes to support AI transformation in social.
