Harvey is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager, Paid Social to scale our paid social programs and drive pipeline, revenue, and market awareness across enterprise audiences worldwide.

You will own the end-to-end paid social roadmap, develop audience strategies, and partner with creative, content, and analytics teams to uncover growth opportunities and improve campaign efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5–7+ years of paid social experience in B2B SaaS.
• Deep expertise across LinkedIn, Meta, and YouTube advertising platforms.
• Strong analytical capabilities and measurement using data.
• Experience building campaigns targeting enterprise buyers with long sales cycles.
• Experience with attribution, CRM integrations, and marketing measurement frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, and YouTube.
• Build and manage full-funnel programs to generate awareness, pipeline, and revenue.
• Collaborate with lifecycle marketing, content, and brand teams to ensure integrated campaigns.
