Job summary

Linda Werner & Associates is seeking a Senior Paid Media Channel Manager (Enterprise Marketing) to lead strategy, execution, and optimization of enterprise paid media across social, search, and programmatic channels.

The role requires 8+ years of paid media experience, deep expertise in paid social at scale, and strong technical knowledge of tracking, APIs, and attribution. Remote work with NY preference, contract 12 months, 40 hours/week.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of paid media experience with direct ownership of channel strategy and performance.
• Extensive experience managing paid social advertising at scale; knowledge of paid search and programmatic advertising.
• Strong technical expertise in trafficking, conversion tracking, pixels, APIs, UTMs, and QA.
• Experience coordinating calendars, budgets, and resources across multiple stakeholders.
• Proven ability to design structured testing and optimization programs.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media roadmaps across paid social, paid search, and programmatic channels.
• Identify gaps, prioritize optimizations, and implement improvements to drive results.
• Translate business objectives into channel targets, KPIs, and guidelines.
• Establish testing strategies for new channels, formats, and measurement capabilities.
• Oversee budgets, pacing, and performance reporting across products and regions.
• Coordinate centralized paid media calendar and cross-team priorities.
• Ensure accurate tracking, naming conventions, and measurement standards.
• Collaborate with marketing tech/ops for integrations and data flows.
• Provide actionable performance reporting and strategic recommendations.
