Gravitational Marketing, an Orlando-based agency, seeks a Senior Paid Media Specialist to own day-to-day performance inside Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager. You will manage multiple client accounts, optimize campaigns, and drive data-driven decisions daily.

The role requires 5+ years hands-on paid media experience, GA4/GTM proficiency, and strong client communication. Expect a hands-on, growth-focused environment with ongoing AI-enabled optimization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on paid media experience.
• Advanced, current hands-on expertise in Google Ads.
• Advanced, current hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and substantial budgets.
• Strong knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication with clients.
• Experience using AI to improve workflow.

Responsibilities

• Personally manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Build, launch, and optimize Google Search, Performance Max, YouTube, and Meta campaigns.
• Manage multiple client accounts and budgets, ensuring campaigns pace throughout the month.
• Monitor performance, identify issues and opportunities, and make data-driven budget decisions.
• Troubleshoot changes in performance and analyze data to understand trends.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on performance data.
• Collaborate with creative and client-service teams to improve campaigns.
• Evaluate landing pages, forms, and funnels to identify opportunities beyond ads.
• Use AI and automation to improve monitoring, analysis, reporting, and efficiency.
• Communicate performance and recommendations clearly to internal teams and clients.
• Stay current on changes and opportunities across Google, Meta, AI, and performance marketing.
