Job summary

Crimson Phoenix seeks a highly experienced PAI/OSINT Targeting SME to support USSOCOM operations. The role focuses on search, discovery, exploitation, and fusion of PAI across open sources and databases to support targeting and all-source analysis.

Candidates must have a TS clearance, US passport, and willingness to deploy to austere environments. The position requires extensive operations experience and the ability to brief senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Minimum ten (10) years of intelligence analysis experience within DoD or an Intelligence Community organization.
• Five (5) years of PAI/OSINT exploitation experience supporting special operations intelligence operations.
• Working knowledge of intelligence analysis methodologies and tools.
• Ability to brief at O-5/GS-14 level to General Officer/SES.
• Top Secret clearance and SCI eligibility; SAP/ACCM eligibility.
• Valid US passport.
• Willingness to deploy to hazardous duty/combat zones and meet pre-deployment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Capable of performing as a PAI/OSINT production manager and senior analyst over target portfolios; provide quality control of PAI/OSINT analysis.
• Advise the government client on developments within PAI/OSINT, including process/tool improvements.
• Coordinate with government personnel to integrate information into all-source analysis and targeting processes.
