Agropur is seeking a Staff Engineer – Packaging Systems SME to join its global engineering network. The role focuses on packaging equipment, line design, integration, and capital projects across the manufacturing network.

You will establish enterprise standards, lead technical reviews, and provide guidance on hygienic design, line efficiency, and automation. Travel up to 50% and work with OEMs to deliver reliable packaging solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering required.
• 10+ years in packaging equipment engineering.
• Experience with capital projects and line integration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for packaging equipment and line systems.
• Lead design and integration of packaging lines.
• Oversee reviews of capital projects (layout, selection, integration).
• Drive hygienic design and food safety standards.
• Provide guidance on line efficiency and automation strategy.
