Adare Pharma Solutions in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Senior Packaging Engineer to own packaging and serialization systems, drive development and lifecycle management, and serve as the technical lead for packaging projects. You will collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, Validation, Regulatory, and IT to ensure compliant, cost‑effective solutions.

The role requires a strong background in packaging, serialization, and GMP environments, with proven project management and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; 6+ years in GMP packaging.
• Experience with serialization systems and root-cause analysis.
• Blister packaging experience is a plus.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, recommend, develop, implement, and maintain packaging materials, packaging systems, and serialization solutions.
• Serve as the site technical expert for packaging and serialization systems, including packaging equipment and vision inspection systems.
• Lead packaging development activities for new product introductions and packaging changes.
• Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, Validation, Regulatory, IT, and suppliers to implement packaging and serialization solutions.
• Develop, execute, and document packaging studies and technical reports to support development and regulatory submissions.
