Qualifications

• PMP, Six Sigma Black Belt, CPP are preferred qualifications.
• Minimum 4 years in Packaging or related engineering/manufacturing.
• 2+ years managing people or projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate packaging execution across primary, secondary, and tertiary formats.
• Commissioning and validating new packaging designs through trials and experiments.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product Engineering, Project Management and Packaging Quality.
• Travel 30-40% to support project execution and trainings.
• Prepare and present testing data to support decisions.
• Develop protocols, workflows, and reporting for packaging projects.
