Job summary

mîrus Consulting Group seeks a Sr. Engineer to lead packaging engineering for regulated pharma/biotech manufacturing. You will evaluate and qualify packaging materials, develop protocols, ensure GMP compliance, and drive continuous improvement across packaging systems.

Responsibilities include collaborating with Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory Affairs, and suppliers, conducting risk reviews, and ensuring robust packaging throughout the product lifecycle in a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Doctorate, or Master with 2+ years of eng. experience, or Bachelor with 4+ years.
• Experience in packaging materials, systems and processes in pharma/biotech.
• Strong technical writing and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for packaging components, systems, and processes.
• Lead evaluations and studies for packaging materials selection and lifecycle.
• Develop and approve engineering protocols, test plans, and reports.
• Support packaging validation, qualification, and distribution testing.
• Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory, and suppliers.
