Church & Dwight is seeking a Senior Packaging Engineer to join our team. This role is responsible for leading packaging development programs from concept through commercialization across multiple Strategic Business Units (SBUs) in international markets. The position supports both new product innovation and lifecycle management while ensuring packaging performance, quality, cost, and timing objectives are achieved.
The Senior Packaging Engineer will serve as a key packaging representative on cross‑functional SBU teams, partnering closely with global engineering teams and local subject matter experts. This role leads primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging development initiatives, oversees qualification and validation programs, supports cost‑savings and sustainability efforts, and provides technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
Hybrid: The role will be based in Princeton, NJ and requires in‑person attendance on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with remote work options on Mondays and Fridays. Flexibility to participate in global meetings during early mornings or late evenings is required.
The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $92,500–$131,700. This position is also eligible for a bonus.
