Job summary

SpaLife is seeking a Senior Packaging Designer to elevate our evolving brand story from concept to final delivery. You will join a dynamic design team, producing high-volume, on-brand packaging concepts and marketing assets in a fast-paced environment.

The role reports to the VP of Sales & Creative and is based at our Edison, NJ office. Please share your proven work samples with your application as we grow the team during this pivotal period.

Qualifications

• Provide portfolio demonstrating 6+ years in packaging design.
• Experience in health & beauty or CPG is a bonus.
• Expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign is required.
• Proficiency with AI design tools to speed concepts.
• Portfolio shows ability to work within and create new design language.
• Desire to mentor others and collaborate with diverse partners.

Responsibilities

• Design a high volume of packaging concepts, PDQs, decks, and assets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to elevate SpaLife’s brand story.
• Ensure brand image remains consistent across channels.
• Stay informed on consumer trends and account needs.
• Interpret briefs and communicate design decisions.
• Concept and ideate design territories and present to managers.
• Integrate AI tools into workflows with discernment.
• Help mentor junior designers and support design leadership.
