Job summary

Dreamwear in New York is seeking a Senior Associate Graphic (Packaging) Designer to lead packaging concepts from concept through production, with a strong focus on Shapewear product development and club-program packaging.

You will design hangtags, labels, cartons and related artwork, partner with cross-functional teams, ensure brand guidelines are followed, and coordinate with overseas factories to deliver production-ready files.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of professional graphic design experience with packaging and consumer products.
• Huge Plus: Apparel/Fashion or retail experience with club-store packaging.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Ability to manage projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute packaging and retail presentation materials, including hangtags, belly bands, call-out tags, inserts, labels, cartons, mockups and other product-specific packaging needs.
• Partner with the Shapewear Product Development team to communicate features and selling points.
• Support Costco programs and retailer packaging requirements across brands, including retail-ready and distribution packaging.
• Manage projects from concept through final production, meeting timelines and brand standards.
• Prepare production-ready files and communicate with overseas factories to resolve issues.
• Research packaging trends and share ideas with the team.
• Handle multiple projects with high organization and prioritization.
