Qualifications

• Strong packaging, brand identity, visual systems, and brand expression expertise.
• Demonstrated hands‑on design capability.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating senior‑level design craft and conceptual thinking.
• Experience taking packaging and brand initiatives from concept through execution.
• Experience with multi‑SKU consumer products and new product launches.
• Experience developing scalable brand and design systems.
• Vendor and agency management experience.
• Experience managing creative workstreams involving multiple stakeholders and approval points.
• Strong cross‑functional stakeholder management and presentation skills.
• Experience with AI‑supported design workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead design development for packaging and brand initiatives across projects.
