Job summary

bp is seeking a seasoned People, Culture & Communications professional to partner with senior leaders across the organization. You will lead end-to-end delivery of complex P&C transformation initiatives, translating priorities into tangible deliverables and embedding agile governance across geographies.

You will collaborate with CoE colleagues, drive talent management, DE&I, employee engagement and reorganizations, while coaching peers and building capability within the partnering pool.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years’ experience across a range of people & culture disciplines within commercial and operational environments.
• Degree and/or professionally qualified; postgraduate HR qualification advantageous.
• Ability to work in agile, cross-functional teams across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead end-to-end delivery of complex people, culture and transformation initiatives.
• Align with partnering and CoE colleagues to deliver prioritized strategic HR initiatives.
• Provide coaching, mentoring and thought partnership to peers to build capability.
• Collaborate across geographies and time zones to ensure effective delivery.
• Translate ambiguous business challenges into structured project plans and outcomes.
