Job summary

Clarvida is seeking a Senior Outpatient Therapist in the New Kensington area (hybrid: clinic-based and telehealth). You will provide individual, family, and group therapy, develop and monitor treatment plans, and support a collaborative outpatient team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related clinical discipline.
• Clinical practicum completed.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a mental health setting.

• Proficiency with electronic health record systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy.
• Develop individualized treatment plans in compliance with county, state, and federal regulations.
• Create transition and discharge plans by evaluating treatment progress and outcomes.

• Conduct psychosocial assessments at intake and required intervals.

• Assist staff with consultation and case review for treatment modalities.
