Genesis Orthopedics & Sports Medicine seeks an experienced Occupational Therapist to grow our outpatient PT/OT practice alongside a thriving orthopedic surgery team. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience, with outpatient OT/hand therapy a plus, and holds or is pursuing OT licensure.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT with current license or pending license.
• 3+ years of experience in outpatient OT/hand therapy preferred.
• Experience in outpatient setting and rehab protocols is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement exercise and rehab protocols aligned with patient goals.
• Follow doctors' orders to prescribe, adjust, and progress therapy activities.
• Administer OT treatments and supervise patient exercises and functional testing.
• Instruct and assist patients in daily living activities and home programs.
• Maintain charting, reports, and confidentiality in patient records.
