Job summary

AspenTech is seeking a Senior Technical Trainer to enable customers and partners to adopt AspenTech OSI solutions. You will design and deliver high-impact training translating complex OT systems into practical understanding, driving system reliability and customer success.

Responsibilities include developing training materials, delivering sessions worldwide, and collaborating with product, engineering, and support teams. Travel up to 20% and international travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is required.
• Strong ability to present complex technical material clearly to varied audiences.
• Experience facilitating technical training, enablement, or customer-facing support (3–5 years).

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led and virtual training for customers, partners, and internal teams worldwide.
• Design, develop, and maintain technical training materials aligned with new product releases.
• Translate complex OT concepts into clear, actionable learning experiences for diverse audiences.
• Continuously assess training effectiveness and refine materials based on feedback and priorities.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand new features and ensure accurate instruction.
• Partner with product, engineering, support, and commercial teams to support product adoption and customer success.
• Stay current on industry trends, tools, and best practices to enhance training delivery and relevance.
