EmpowerMe Wellness in Minnetonka, MN, is seeking licensed therapy professionals to join our EmpowerMe 360 program, delivering integrated therapy, wellness, and medical care to seniors.

You will assess, plan, and provide therapy (PT/OT/SLP), collaborate with a care team, and support independent living for residents, with a predictable full-time, on-site schedule and competitive hourly pay.

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).

Responsibilities
