Qualifications

• Strong programming skills in Go, Rust, or a comparable language.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and evolve secure remote access capabilities.
• Implement protocols and manage access for OT environments.
• Define technical direction and mentor team members.

Skills

Hands-on background building secure remote access systems

Strong systems programming in Go or Rust

Solid networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, TLS)

Familiarity with OT protocols: Modbus, DNP3

High ownership and accountability

Education

Experience in OT / ICS environments
