Job summary

EY seeks an OT Defects Senior Architecture & Governance professional to provide operational support for defects creation, monitoring, and tracking against client OT architectures. You will oversee governance for OT systems, ensuring security, compliance, and operational efficiency across environments.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including cybersecurity and engineering to align defect resolution with enterprise architecture standards and governance frameworks.

Qualifications

• Experience with end-to-end issues management and defect workflows.
• Ability to build and maintain SOPs, trackers, and reporting templates.
• Strong familiarity with OT environments and governance frameworks.
• Security architecture design and assessment of technologies such as SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, AI/ML, ZTA.

Responsibilities

• Lead defect intake, triage, and remediation cycles.
• Track and report on defects, risks, and remediation progress.
• Facilitate defect review meetings and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Review and approve architectural designs for OT solutions focusing on security and compliance.
